World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus to be a global health crisis. As disruptions to flight travel occur across the globe due to the spread of this virus, many airlines are offering waivers to their passengers, such as the chance to reschedule a trip without paying airline change fees.
Due to the rapidly growing nature of this global health emergency, a lot of information is quickly being issued from the airlines regarding travel waivers. While we will do our very best to update this page regularly with new information as it becomes available.

If you've already submitted an application for a refund, take note that your refund may take a little longer than normal to complete with the sheer number of passengers that were impacted. We are processing refunds in the order the request was received. Your refund should be reflected on your billing statement within 2-4 weeks based on credit card and financial institution.
Cancel/Credit
Most airlines are waiving their penalty fees to cancel your flight and receive travel credits. This allows you to cancel now and book new flights at a later date once you are ready to travel again. New flights must be within the airline's requirements, which usually consist of a rebooking deadline or travel-must-commence-by date. These are typically 1 year after date of purchase.
Change
Some airlines are waiving their penalty fees to allow you to change old bookings and book new flights without having to worry about date change penalty. New flights are subject to airline restrictions. Changes are only allowed for un-flown flights. When you request to change your flight with us, we will handle fulfilling your request with the airline on your behalf. Select airlines are ONLY waiving date change penalty. Difference of fare and taxes shall be collected at the time of rebooking.
Refund
Some airlines are allowing some tickets to be refunded even if you purchased non-refundable tickets. Refunds are usually only available for un-flown flights. When you request a refund with us, we will cancel your booking and will handle fulfilling your request with the airline on your behalf. Full refunds will ONLY be given if airline authorizes refund without any penalty.

You must cancel your current flight to avoid "No Show Penalty" you can email us or call us. We understand it's frustrating to wait, but if you're not traveling in the next 72 hours, please wait until closer to your trip to call.
